An excellent rose wine with a softly rose - salmon colour, which comes from the short maceration of blue grapes of the variety Csg. The nose of the wine is pleasantly refreshing, with intensive fruitness, reminiscent of forest fruits - raspberries and strawberries. The palate is seductively drinkable, with a charming proportion of residual sugar and fresh acids, widely harmonious, with tones of blackcurrant. For its excellent freshness, we recommend to serve it on warm summer days. It is excellent with grilled pork specialties and fresh-water fish prepared on grid.
