The wine was made from the first virgin crop. A smaller load on the bushes and the long warm autumn enabled to create an extraordinary and extractive wine. The colour of the wine is gold-yellow and crisp. The nose is pronounced, with prevailing tones of mature exotic fruit – mango and tangerine. The taste is pure, extractive and strongly reminiscent of fruits and even honey. The optimum rate between the pleasant residual sugar and fine acid makes the wine really delicious, inviting for further drinking. In gastronomy, it is in harmony with roasted poultry or grilled fresh-water fish.
