This wine’s bright appearance hints at its freshness while its yellow-green hue hints at its youth, an impression confirmed by a fresh aroma of dried apricot with just a hint of mace. The flavour is initially very restrained, but very quicky opens up and reveals its breadth. Together with a distinctive minerality it shows off the ripeness of the vintage and the high quality of the terroir.
