A quality wine made using the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle. The cuvée of this unique sparkling wine contains the Zweigeltrebe and Saint Laurent red varieties. The wine has long-lasting bubbles and a pale salmon colour, with just a hint of pink gold. On the nose it surprises with fruit notes suggesting wild strawberries and raspberries, while the flavour is bright, light and fruity. Recommended with grilled fish, prawns, lobster, light salads and fresh fruit.
